Four PA Days. Four Different Worlds of Drama

Each PA Day offers a different creative focus and a new opportunity to develop valuable skills in acting, communication, creativity, collaboration, confidence, storytelling, and performance. Students won't simply spend the day being entertained. They'll actively create, learn, and experience what it means to be a performer and storyteller.

Every PA Day becomes a new creative experience at Nelvin Drama Academy. Our specialized PA Day programs are designed around different areas of theatre, film, and performance, giving students the opportunity to build practical skills while exploring a new theme each day. From stepping into the shoes of a Halloween character to directing a short film, students will learn, create, collaborate, and perform.

Halloween Theatre Lab

October 26th, 2026

Step into a world of spooky characters, dramatic storytelling, and theatrical creativity. Students will explore improvisation, character development, expressive movement, and storytelling while creating their own Halloween-inspired scenes. This experience helps young performers build confidence, spontaneity, and the ability to communicate a character through voice and body.

Hollywood Film Acting

November 20th, 2026​

Lights, camera, action! Students will step in front of the camera and discover the fundamentals of Hollywood-style screen acting. Through scene work, character development, audition exercises, and on-camera techniques, students will learn how to create natural and believable performances for film while developing camera awareness and confidence.

Broadway Bootcamp

January 15th, 2027​

Experience the energy of Broadway through a full day of musical theatre training. Students will develop their acting, vocal expression, movement, choreography, character development, and stage presence while learning how performers work together as an ensemble. This camp is designed to help students become more confident, expressive, and versatile performers.

Be a film producer!

June 4th, 2027

​

It's time to take control behind the camera. Students will step into the role of film directors and producers as they learn how to interpret a script, direct actors, explore different film genres, and use sound and cinematic effects to shape a story. Working together as a production team, students will bring their ideas to life and finish the day with an original short film to take home.
